Multi-State Packages: $220.00 per group, Includes all counties or up to 50 pages per state and one county in each state, elements #2-10 of base the package, 5 states. Discounts are capped at 10% as they start at a 20% discount.

Home page: Your home page on this site consists of one page of text regarding services or fees or any additional information about you or your company that any customer would want to know. Most or all of the links from your primary listing page are also on your home page.

EWIPP: Work in process plus. This area is secured by private code. You can allow access to work in process to whom you wish, as you see fit. You decide who gets access to your EWIPP. Each client may see just their projects, your partner(s) or coworkers may see all or a portion, you choose and make changes at will. Enabling you improve communications while freeing up time spent on phone tag & status check calls. Sharing EWIPP access will enable improved communications while freeing up time spent on phone tag & status check calls.

ITMT: Interactive Time Management Tool. Allows real time calendar management & scheduling from your desktop. Helps eliminate wasted time and lost opportunity. This calendar has a private side that only you can see and a public side the clients can see. Secured access that you control. Your partners, new & existing customers or clients can see openings and may request a time and date on your schedule, you are notified via email so you can accept, deny, or offer an alternative.

PGOT: (Performance Graph Over Time) Allows you a better perspective on how the public views your performance. PGOT allows the public to see an increase or decrease in your performance & ranking over time. A key and innovative factor that can become a source of testimonials. This tool may be turned on or off, at your option. While we all want positive comments and great ratings, less desirable feedback gives you a chance to improve and understand how your clients view you. Negative ratings will not be counted unless they are accompanied by appropriate text so the service provider may respond or consider needed refinements in their business.

PL&S : Property List & Search. All properties and products listed on the RE & REO sites are searchable by topic and zip code. This is not meant to be as elaborate as the typical Realtor database, yet will provide good access and a web presence at a very low price for agents, individuals, buyers, sellers, renters...etc. Each listing page may include up to five photos, company logo or photo or other static image, and a page for text about that property or product.

BooMaLu Access Key: Your key to additional presence on the web. This key allows advertisers on BooMaLu.com to have there free classified add highlighted helping them gain an advantage over other classified ads. Included in this highlighted area are references to you or your company and a link to your home page on the RE or REO web site, which ever is your primary site.

Map Tool: Users can quickly get directions to your place of business, and see where you are on the map.

Discounted price: for companion site (first year free for a limited time) REserviceguide & REOserviceguide are companion sites.

Banners: For $1.00 per month per county you get 33% frequency, $1.50 per month per county for 66% frequency and $2.00 per month per county for 100% frequency. (Available as an add on to any of the listing packages). Rotation takes place each time the county page is accessed, no flashing will occur. Banners can appear on all of your county listings or on related product searches.

Companion Site Listing: An additional $12 per year for listing on companion site. (First year free of charge for this initial launch)

Counties and pages: Choose a package with enough counties to include your entire area of coverage, or a package with just one county and enough pages to display your products adequately. Each page includes up to five photos for your clients to expand and scroll through as they review your products and room for text to describe the products. Or choose one of each. Search methods facilitate both topic and product specific searches. Also zip code, county, state, or entire usa.

You may adjust your packages at any time, fees will automatically adjust on your next invoice, however it is very important to note that at this time any changes in packages after getting listed will affect your position in all areas of the site. If you upgrade or downgrade your package(s) you will automatically be dropped to the bottom position in all listings. As position within any list is important you may want to carefully consider potential growth patterns & needs before you purchase.

Discounts
Referrals - 5% - (up to 6 referrals per year, each referral must be new to RE and REO service guides to qualify)

Multi state package discounts may be effected by the discounts mentioned above. Rates may change without notice and would take effect upon your annual renewal date.
